摘 要

油气管道线路标识通用图集CDP-M-OGP-PL-008-2013-2为统一油气管道工程线路标识通用图及选用条件, 避免重复设计, 提高设计效率和质量, 特编制本图集。 随着新材料、 新技术的发展, 部分线路标识的做法已不满足油气管道工程建设的需要, 结合管道建设项目经理部及管道运行单位提出的意见, 有必要对 2010 版《油气管道线路标识通用图集》 进行升版。

为统一油气管道工程线路标识通用图及选用条件, 避免重复设计, 提高设计效率和质量, 特编制本图集。 随着新材料、 新技术的发展, 部分线路标识的做法已不满足油气管道工程建设的需要, 结合管道建设项目经理部及管道运行单位提出的意见, 有必要对 2010 版《油气管道线路标识通用图集》 进行升版。
本图集与 2010 版图集相比, 主要修改内容如下:
——取消混凝土里程桩/测试桩, 增加复合材料里程桩/测试桩;
——增加复合材料标志桩;
——钢质警示牌及混凝土警示牌均改为复合材料警示牌, 调整警示牌的局部外观及警示用语;
——调整通信标石/加密桩的局部外观及埋深。
“标准化 模块化 信息化” 设计工作成果文件《油气储运项目设计规定》(Code for Design of Oil & Gas Storage and Transportation Project, 简称CDP) 包括标准格式、 标准清单、 技术规格书、 指南、 模块、 管理程序六类文件, 本图集属模块类文件。
本图集分为六章, 第一章, 说明; 第二章, 里程桩/测试桩; 第三章,标志桩; 第四章, 警示牌; 第五章, 通信标石/加密桩; 第六章, 管道标识带。
